Baved Lava

In a world with thousands of gourmet chefs, foodies blogs, Master-chefs and Micheline chefs - there lives RV Cook Extraordinaire.  Baked Lava . This gal makes cheap look gourmet! Her recipes make me drool.

She also is having a challenge this month. (What is it about January?) So she is cooking Austerity-style.

Check out her Pretentious Fried Rice and her apple dumplings in Fajitas in a RV.

Amazing!

  1. Now you're making me blush...I'm not all that...LOL! I just like to cook and have the good fortune to have a couple of guys who are willing to try whatever it is that I whip up in my galley.

    1. yep hungry men are vital to a cook. I cook for 3 of them every day.

  2. Love your blog! Also love that you chose to feature one of our favorites...Baked Lava!! To add to your info on your previous blog, there is also a new one called "Instead of Flowers" which I thought was a great idea. A romantic dinner for two instead of flowers...of course, the flowers would be nice too!

    1. Thanks Bunky.

I Googled Instead of flowers - what a good idea. Wish I had thought of these types of businesses. Always in the wrong place at the wrong time. :-)
